How I healed a rash caused by product reaction
A few days ago I had a terrible reaction to a cleansing balm (pictured below). Within 10mins of using it my face got covered in hives, I couldn't take photos because it happened at night, there was no light, and I took a antihistamine and proceeded with a calming gentle skincare routine and was much better the next day.

When it comes to my night skincare routine, I might not always be in the right mood for a 10 step routine but I always, and I mean always, cleanse my skin at night. Há alguns anos que uso produtos de beleza Coreanos, muito antes desta loucura que sente no Ocidente. Há muita gente que diz que não usa porque as peles Asiáticas são diferentes das nossas mas eu acho que isso é conversa para outro post. Hoje venho falar da Water Supply Essence da Missha, um sérum hidratante que acabei hoje e que adorei usar, tanto que já encomendei outro.

This year has been really good for me as I am trying to use a lot of my products, I have done an inventory of my beauty stash and I must say I am embarrassed of how many things I have so my major project for this year is use up as much as possible and buy as little as possible. Nos últimos tempos tenho andado com a pele muito desidratada e comprei imensos produtos para tentar equilibrar a pele ao máximo. Tentei de tudo, desde andar com cremes na mala, sprays hidratantes, água termal, sérum, óleo, tudo e mais alguma coisa, até ter encontrado este produto.
Isto é um bálsamo que quase se aplica na pele parece que se transforma em água, hidrata instantaneamente, deixa um resíduo um bocadinho oleoso por isso se não gostam talvez não seja o produto ideal para vocês. O cheirinho é muito agradável e a pele fica realmente hidratada. Não sinto que coagule os poros mas ultimamente tenho usado bastantes esfoliantes químicos e acho que nem dou tempo aos poros de coagularem.
Gosto dele pelo facto de ser prático, o problema de andar com muitos dos outros produtos é que tenho de usar os dedos para os aplicar e este é muito bom nesse sentido pois é em stick, é muito mais higiénico a meu ver. É também bastante leve e prático para trazer na mala e pode ser usado em qualquer altura em que sintam a pele a repuxar, o que me tem vindo a acontecer muito ultimamente, agora estou um bocadinho melhor porque ando a tomar suplementos para a pele.

In the last few weeks my oily skin has been feeling really dehydrated, I've tried tons of diferent products to balance my skin without any success and for the past few weeks I've carrying around in purse everything since moisturizers, oils, balms, serums, mists, termal water, you name it and I most certainly tried it.
During a recent search for Korean beauty products on ebay I found this balm-stick and decided to give it a try. It has a solid-balm texture but it turns into water when you aply it to the skin, it hydrates and softens the skin instantly, it leaves a little bit of na oily residue, personaly I don't mind, I like the dewy finish but you're a mate-type-o'girl you may not like this. It smells wonderfuly and it really does hydrate the skin. I don't feel it clogs the pores but I use exfoliating toners every night so I don't really give a chance for my pores to clog.
I like the fact it is very practical to use, the problem of the other produts I carry, besides they are heavy when you add them all is that you need to put the fingers your the face and personally I don't like that, so this is light and easy to carry and it doesn't need any touching to the product or the face to apply. I've been using it all the time and everywhere on my face, even my sensitive eyes and it didn't make me break out and neither it gave me any type of allergy or reaction. I really love this product!
