I was lucky enough to get my hands on this beauty as soon as it launched but my cleansing oil stash was so big I only started using it a few weeks ago.
The Mineralixirs is a range formulated with 5 different oils (Grape; Sunflower; Apricot; Rose and Camellia) and is designed to moisturize and repair dry flaky skin, which makes it perfect for Winter dehydrated skin like mine.
This cleansing oil* does turn into a milk when mixed with water but I prefer, as per usual, to remove it with a warm cloth. It does remove make quite well but I think it's too well formulated to wash down the drain with makeup and I rather use it as a second cleanse or morning cleanse.
I don't really feels it gives any extra moisture to my skin but it definitely cleanses properly without stripping it out which for me is always a plus especially in this weather. I also find it completely scent-free, another plus for sensitive skin.
Ingredients:
Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Rosa Canina Fruit Oil, Camellia Oleifera Seed Oil, Soil Minerals, Litchi Chinensis Fruit Extract, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract, Disodium EDTA.
Have you tried this cleansing oil or any of the Mineralixirs products? Has anyone tried the Eye Oil Balm? I'm really curious about it.
