REVIEW Aromatherapy Associates Soothing Cleansing Balm

I know the blog has been a little dead for the last few months and I could make up a thousands excuses for that to have happened but the truth is I just didn't feel like blogging for a long time. Today I woke up with the urge to write a review so here it is, for those who still want to read what i write :)

It's one of my favorite cleansing balm and it would have my favorite if it wasn't for it's price. Don't get me wrong I'm all up for spending a few quid in a product if its good, and this one is, but I found one which as equally good and for under a tenner, I'll talk about in another post :)

This balm has a consistent balm-y texture which melts when in contact with skin and it removes everything on the surface of the skin that shouldn't be there. It doesn't have the most lovely smell in the world but I'm on those people that doesn't care about the smell when a product is good, or bad. I use it as a second cleanse after I remove my makeup with a makeup remover (remember that the key for good healthy skin is not on removing makeup with Bioderma and that's it, after removing makeup you need to give your skin a good ol' cleanse).

I love the way this balm leaves my skin, calm and squeaky clean and it's the only balm I trust to cleanse my skin when its acting out and super sensitive, I feel the calmness as soon as I massage this onto my face. Like I said before, the price is a little salty, 37£ but like Caroline Hirons says if you're willing to spend this amount of money on a pair of shoes or a purse, why not spend it to the one thing that will be with you forever: YOUR FACE!!
